Since Disney World began its phased reopening, we have seen several previously announced projects be shelved or significantly delayed. Already, we have heard confirmation from Disney that the Spaceship Earth renovation and the Mary Poppins attraction in EPCOT have both been removed from development.

Now, we are seeing that the development on a previously announced resort could also be in jeopardy.
Theme park reporter Scott Gustin has tweeted that a major change was spotted on a list of 2019 D23 Expo announcements. The post from last year has erased its previous mention of Disney’s new resort, Reflections – A Disney Lakeside Lodge.
NEW: Disney has updated its 2019 D23 Expo announcements blog post and removed Reflections – A Disney Lakeside Lodge. BEFORE and AFTER screenshots attached.
It's worth noting the original EPCOT plans that have since been modified are still in the post.https://t.co/uy25DWjo9M pic.twitter.com/juP9F7nw5g

Originally, an article on Disney Parks Blog with recap information from the 2019 D23 Expo included verbiage about the upcoming Reflections resort right beneath information about Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. That info has since been removed from the D23 article, which was originally posted on August 25th, 2019.

While Disney has not confirmed the status on Reflections — A Disney Lakeside Lodge, we will continue to keep you updated with any further developments or announcements.

Once Disney parks get back on track they will continue on the new resort and other upgrades. With a weak economy they may even choose to turn the new proposed resort into a hotel instead of a DVC. They need to chill on the DVC properties for a long while
Not surprising given the situation. Also, that name is not their best effort.
