It’s beginning to look a lot like the holiday season, which means it’s a great time for the 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. The festival is a great place to celebrate the season with food, drink, and festivities galore. One of our favorite parts? The holiday storytellers!

There’s no better way to celebrate a bunch of international traditions than with the help of some Epcot Holiday Storytellers. Check out how these wonderful performers can help you share in the magic of the season.

Here’s where you can celebrate 12 winter traditions at once at Walt Disney World!

1. Las Posadas Celebration — Mexico Pavilion

Las Posadas is a nine-day holiday leading up to Christmas that is celebrated in Mexico. It honors  the nativity and the season. Learn about Las Posadas in the Mexico Pavilion with dancers, music from Mariachi Cobre, and pinatas. Feliz Navidad!

2. A Norwegian Christmas — Norway Pavilion

At the Norway pavilion, celebrate Christmas with the Norwegian Barn Santa and Sigrid the Storyteller! Christmas in Norway is often associated with Nisses, which look a lot like Santa gnomes. God Jul!

3. Lunar New Year — China Pavilion

Moving on to China: Lunar New Year is a massive celebration in the country that brings in the year on the Chinese calendar. You can spot a Chinese Lion Dancer in the China Pavilion to share the revelry of this celebration. 新年好!

4. A German Christmas — Germany Pavilion

All new this year, celebrate the holiday season with the vocal group Chilli Da Mur. Christmas in Germany is pretty similar to the season in the United States with a few differences. Check out the Bavaria Holiday Kitchen Booth to taste the German flavors of the season! Fröhliche Weihnachten!

5. Epiphany Celebration — Italy Pavilion

Epiphany is an Italian holiday that commemorates the visit of the Magi and the baptism of Jesus. It centers around a Santa-like witch named La Befana who flies on a broomstick and delivers presents. In the Italy Pavilion, hear from La Befana herself. Buona Epifania!

6. An American Christmas — American Adventure Pavilion

In the American Adventure Pavilion, meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. This is a super classic way to celebrate an American holiday season, so don’t miss out! Merry Christmas!

7. Japanese New Year — Japan Pavilion

The Japanese New Year is an important holiday of the season, too. Learn about the way the Japanese bring in the new year with the help of the Daruma doll. The dolls are considered Japanese wishing dolls! 賀正!

8. Festivity in Morocco — Morocco Pavilion

Check out the festive celebrations in Morocco surrounding the Winter Solstice with music and an exciting street festival! اجازة سعيدة!

9. Hannukah — Between Pavilions

Make a stop between the Morocco Pavilion and the France Pavilion to hear from Storyteller Zachary about the festivities of Hanukkah. He’ll bring you on a journey using music to teach about Hanukkah tales from around the world! חנוכה שמח!

10. A French Christmas — France Pavilion

Père Noël is the French version of Santa, and you can hear a charming and unique tale — that involves a shoe! — of Christmas from him in the France Pavilion! Joyeux Noël!

11. A British Christmas — United Kingdom Pavilion

For another version of the beloved Santa Claus, swing over to the United Kingdom Pavilion for tales and traditions as told by Father Christmas. This is a super cool and historic way to celebrate. Merry Christmas!

12. Canadian Holidays — Canada Pavilion

And wrap up your holiday voyage in Canada with none other than the Canadian Holiday Voyageurs. Canada has a lot of different and diverse ways of celebrating the season, and you can learn about many of the expansive traditions. Happy Holidays!
