Big Thunder is a staple and icon of the Magic Kingdom. As a child I was terrified of this coaster but now I absolutely love it. It's a great challenge for children if they want to step up to the next level of coaster from the famed 'kiddie coasters' and supplies some thrilling drops, amazing views and wonderful atmosphere. It is a little rough in places but that can be said for any mine train coaster. Always do the Mountain trio at MK - it's a classic!

This coaster is so much fun. Most of the family will enjoy it as it is not too big and not too small. Wait times can get pretty long so I recommend riding at night maybe during fireworks or getting a fast pass.

Super fun coaster, not too big, not too small. All the twists and turns keep you guessing. Especially fun at night!Cons:

Fun, but not very thrilling. Doesn’t have the heartwarming nostalgia of some of the classic rides or the tech of the news ones. Still worth riding.
