NEW FOR 2015! Star Wars: A Force for Change

Starting May 15, T-shirts for adults, women and kids featuring a stormtrooper from Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be for sale.

During the final Star Wars weekend, June 12-14, a limited edition stormtrooper pin will be available at Darths Mall.

Twenty-five percent of the retail sale price of these products will be donated to U.S. Fund for UNICEF in support of UNICEF Kid Power, an innovative new program that uses the world'’s first Wearable-For-Good to get youth physically active to provide lifesaving, nutrition-rich food packets to kids in need around the world.

The shirts will premiere during Star Wars Weekends and can be found in the following locations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Darth’s Mall, Tatooine Traders, Prop Shop, Beverly Sunset and Mickey’s of Hollywood.

These items are the first products for Star Wars: The Force Awakens released by Disney Parks. They are also the first character products released for the upcoming film which arrives in theatres on December 18, 2015.

OTHER SPECIALTY MERCHANDISE INCLUDES:

• The Star Wars – D-Tech Me experience: The 10-minute experience, housed this year in Darth's Mall, uses a high-resolution, single-shot 3D face scanner created by Imagineering scientists with Disney Research labs. The captured image is sent to a high resolution 3D printer to create a figurine. Figurine styles include: Alderaan Princess, X-Wing Pilot, Carbon-Freeze Me and Stormtrooper figurines. (There are both male and female options offered for X-Wing pilot, Carbon-Freeze Me and Stormtrooper figurines. For children, Alderaan Princess and Carbon-Freeze Me figurines will have more youthful appearances.)

  NEW FOR 2015! There will be two new D-Tech Me figurines — a Jedi Knight and a TIE-Fighter pilot — at the 2015 Star Wars Weekends at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

  PRICE: The Star Wars D-Tech Me 7-inch figurines are $119.95 each, plus shipping and applicable sales tax. For 16-inch figurines, retail is $999.95 each, plus shipping and tax. All participants will receive a specially designed button. Completed figurines will arrive within 6-8 weeks after the experience if shipping domestically (a little longer if shipping internationally). Guests must be at least 3 years old to participate and children must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age during the entire experience. Galactic Gathering, a special ticketed merchandise event, will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, in Disney's Hollywood Studios to kick off the annual Star Wars Weekends. (This event is similar to last year's Rebel Rendezvous.) For $250 per person you will receive a commemorative pin and MagicBand, as well as "Darth's Mall Light Speed Pass," which gives expedited entry into Darth's Mall shopping area for all five weekends, enabling you to be among the first to purchase event-specific and limited edition Star Wars-themed merchandise. (Note that you will need theme park admission in addition to the event ticket.)
