NEW LOOK at Restaurant Coming Soon to Downtown Disney

Downtown Disney is Disneyland Resort‘s version of Disney Springs (and Disney Springs USED to be named Downtown Disney before its renaming in 2013), which means there are tons of great restaurants to dine at and stores to shop in.

One of the new dining options coming to the shopping and dining district is none other than Porto’s Bakery, and now we’ve just gotten NEW concept art for the upcoming space!

Porto’s Bakery is an iconic Southern California spot known for its sweet, delicious pastries as well as California-Cuban-inspired dishes. We found out in 2022 that it was coming to Downtown Disney. Previously, we’d only gotten one piece of concept art, which looked fantastic…

…but now we have TWO new artist renderings that show off the outdoor patio, the exterior, and the dining space we can expect to see. This new location will also be the first Porto’s with sit-down table service and a full bar!

So far, we also know that this spot will serve up the restaurant’s signature Cheese Rolls, Potato Balls, and other bakery and cafe options. Disney also confirmed that construction began on the new spot.

They have not released an opening timeline for this restaurant just yet, but we’ll be sure to keep an eye out and keep you updated on all the latest news. The six existing locations of Porto’s Bakery serve over 2 million guests a month, so when this new location opens up, we expect it to be VERY popular.
