  1. I have a Disney vacation booked for Sept. 18 – Sept 24 at the Port Orleans French Quarters. I have a preferred room with a King size bed. When I called to try and get the discount offered to Disney plus members. I was told they had no more rooms available at Port Orleans for the discount. This made no sense to me, seeing I made my reservations 3 months ago. They told me I could get the discount if I changed my reservation to either Coronado Springs or Animal Kingdom. I have never ran into this issue before. Any time they offered a room discount I always received it. If I had my room long before they offered the discount, I should have been awarded the discount. With paying so much more money for a Disney vacation for NO more magic. I think we may just take our business and money somewhere else. If I wanted to vacation at either of those resorts I would have booked it there. SHAME ON DISNEY!
