Things I Use Every Day in Disney World — 2026 Edition

We’ve packed park bags for Disney World thousands of times, and we’ve gotten pretty good at knowing what we’ll need throughout the day!

Pack a poncho!

We’ve rounded up all the items that we use pretty much daily in Disney World so that you can become an expert packer for your trip. You can thank us later!

We’re starting the list with one of our all-time faves, FuelRods. These bad boys are a must-have because there are FuelRod stations all around Disney World that allow you to swap your dead FuelRod for a fully charged one…for FREE.

Next up is one of our top picks for summertime or really any of those warm months in Disney World (which — let’s be honest — is most of them!). This JISULIFE Handheld Fan is rechargeable and has an incredibly long battery life with three speeds and a built-in flashlight.

The fan

It folds up incredibly compact to store easily in any park bag, and the fan feature packs some serious wind power. It’s a lifesaver when you’re sweating in the Florida sun.

If you’re the type who’s constantly coming back from Disney World with some illness or another, then you’re going to want to have this Disney & Touchland Hand Sanitizer on hand.

Touchland Hand Sanitizer

This cute little Mickey Mouse-themed sanitizer comes with a keyring to attach to your bag, and it’s easy to apply — just spray and go. No wiping and rubbing here! It’s dye-free and has a lovely scent.

You walk a LOT of steps on a Disney World trip (we’re talking 20K-30K a DAY), and you need good shoes to be able to do that. Some of our favorites are the Hoka Women’s Clifton 10s.

These come in a variety of colors — we actually own them in orange — and they’re great for long theme park days when you need your feet to make it through a multi-day vacation.

It rains quite a bit in Central Florida, so we like to always have a poncho on hand. They’re also helpful if you plan to do any water rides during your trip! Our favorite one is the FROGG TOGGS Ultralite Reusable Poncho.

This one can be used again and again, and it’s lightweight — not sticky like some other ponchos. It dries easily and comes with its own storage pouch.

Speaking of the weather, sunscreen is a MUST for your trip to Disney World. The UV levels are intense, and we often rely on Supergoop! Glowscreen SPF 40 to use on our faces.

Supergoop! Glowscreen

It’s a glowy primer combined with lightly tinted sunscreen, and it’s easy to wear under makeup.

Last but not least, sunglasses! These are an item we keep multiple pairs of, because you never know what’ll happen to them in the parks. These Breaksun Retro Oval Sunglasses come in a 2-pack on Amazon.

Along with the UV levels, the sun gets rather bright midday, and it can be particularly challenging for those with light sensitivities to make it through a day without sunglasses.
