Disney World's NEW Grand Floridian Resort DVC Villas Are NOW On Sale!

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is one of the fanciest hotels to stay at in Disney World, but right now, it’s a bit of a construction zone.

Last year, Disney announced that they would be transforming one guest building into additional Disney Vacation Club rooms and construction recently began. And, if you’re thinking about buying into the DVC when the new villas are ready, we’ve got all the details on when you can book them!

Beginning today, March 3rd, 2022, current DVC members can begin booking the new DVC rooms at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! Sales will then open to the general public later this month on March 31st, 2022.

These new rooms are located in the Big Pine Key Building. Here, there will be 200 resort studios that are set to open in June of this year! We’ve seen Deluxe Studios in other DVC Resorts before, but these new Resort Studios will be exclusive to the Grand Floridian.

NOTE: Disney sent this booking information directly to us, but the Disney Vacation Club website has not yet been updated with the new booking date.
