PHOTOS! Construction Moves Forward on EPCOT’s Harmonious Fountain Structures

EPCOT is undergoing a major transformation including new pavilions, attractions, and an overall new look!

As part of the transformation, a new nighttime spectacular called Harmonious is coming to the park. The barges that will display the show are currently under construction and we’ve been keeping an eye on the progress!

On our last update, @bioreconstruct gave us a view of three barges that will house the special effects. The construction has progressed on all four barges! Video screens will line the archways of the structures.

The barges will be placed in the middle of World Showcase Lagoon. This is where they will be docked to form a daytime fountain!

Here’s an aerial view of the Harmonious construction site, a few of the barges, and the EPCOT service marina. All barges will be relocated and pass through the draw bridge.

Lastly, this is an updated aerial shot of the entire lagoon. The buoys in the center were used to position the previous show, EPCOT Forever. They might be positioning them for Harmonious now.
