Due the difficult times we find ourselves in, Disney Cruise Line previously announced that they would be canceling all departures through April 28th as a cautionary measure.

And now, they have updated their policies relating to refunds for sailings cancelled or moved that were scheduled to depart during this time-frame.
Disney Cruise Line will be automatically refunding any cancellation fees that have may have been charged to guests who cancelled their reservation between January 30th and March 31, 2020 for a cruise that was scheduled to depart between April 13th and April 28, 2020.

For guests that rescheduled their original departure that falls within the April 13th and April 28th window with Disney Cruise Line between January 30th to March 31st, 2020, you can receive an additional future cruise credit equal to 25% of your original voyage fare to use toward the modified reservation.

If for some reason you’re not able to use the cruise credit from cancellations of those dates, you will still be able to get a refund on your initial payment in full. We’ll keep you updated with more information when Disney Cruise Line announces it.
