We’ve taken a look at the most expensive meals in Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios; and now it’s time to move out of the parks.

So where to next? Well, we’re taking a spin through all of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels to see which one has the restaurant with the priciest meal.
There’s something for everyone when it comes to dining in the Resorts, with everything from fine dining to tiki bars. Today, though, we’re seeking out the most expensive of all those different Resort meals, and we found it over at the Contemporary Resort‘s signature restaurant, California Grill.
If you’ve ever wanted to eat the most expensive meal in Disney World Resorts, here’s what it would cost you!Â
Three-Course Dining at California Grill
First up, here’s a reminder on our metric for the most expensive meal. Essentially, we compared meals around the Resorts based on the prices for one appetizer, entree, dessert, and alcoholic beverage. So let’s see what the most expensive meal in the Resorts will cost you.

California Grill is the premier restaurant at the Contemporary, and it has the views to show for it! Located on the 15th floor, this restaurant is known for its Californian cuisine, world-class bar, and fireworks views.
It’s important to note that the menu at Contemporary changes regularly so click here for the most recent menu!

Appetizer — Handcrafted Charcuterie
The first of your courses for dinner at California Grill is the Handcrafted Charcuterie. This appetizer consists of the butcher’s variety of artisanal charcuterie with seasonal accompaniments for $24.
The Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli is a popular app, but it’s cheap by California Grill standards at just $16. So to break the bank, go with the charcuterie!

Entree — Grilled Venison Loin
For the entree, get ready to dine like a queen! You’ll be chowing down on the Grilled Venison Loin with celery root-apple puree, roasted baby beets, heirloom apple chutney, and pomegranate jus. The main course will run you $62.
During your visit, the most expensive entree will like be something different — like Colorado Beef Tenderloin or Short Ribs. The Oak-Grilled Filet of Beef is just $3 cheaper, but it’s a regular favorite of guests.

Dessert — A Selection of Farmhouse and Artisanal Cheeses
Top off your expensive meal with A Selection of Farmhouse and Artisanal Cheeses which will come with five unique kinds of cheese with accompaniments for $23.
If you prefer a truly sweet and indulgent treat at the end of the meal, the Valronha Chocolate Cake is a bit cheaper at $17 but very satisfying!
Drink — Ichishima ‘Karen Coy’ Junmai
And of course, you can’t eat such a fancy meal without an equally fancy libation to go alongside it! Your option here on the main menu is the Ichishima ‘Karen Coy’ Junmai — a $57 glass of Sake. However, keep in mind that California Grill has a full bar with some top-shelf liquors so you could easily rack up your drink charge by $100 or more if you wanted to.

Added up, the most expensive three-course meal in Disney World’s Resorts will run you $166 per person (or more if you check out the fancy liquor list!). Now, this isn’t technically the most expensive meal in Resorts overall, but the highest priced option is outside of our parameters (three-course model).
Alternate Option — Victoria and Albert’s
If you’re feeling really, really fancy, take the Monorail over to Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and step into an evening at Victoria and Albert’s. There are a variety of experiences offered here, but the most expensive is the Chef’s Table for $250 (or $355-$400 with wine pairings). Whew! Now, this is a 7-10 course meal so not in our model, but it’s definitely a special experience!
