Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is Coming To Disneyland FASTPASS and MaxPass!

Guests at Hollywood Studios are gearing up to get to the head of the line at Ohnaka Transport Solutions, thanks to the new FastPass+ option for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run coming next week.

Soon, guests at Disneyland will be also able to bribe, erhm, encourage Hondo to let them skip the line as well! That’s because the ride will soon be adding FASTPASS and MaxPass!

Disneyland’s FASTPASS Service works a bit different than FastPass+ at Walt Disney World. First, you can only make FASTPASS selections on the day of your park visit, rather than up to 60 days in advance. This means you’re far more likely to get a pass for the Falcon on the day of your trip! The downside, however, is that most guests will need to use the physical FASTPASS distribution kiosks around the park.

Guests can purchase the MaxPass option to make a selection from their phone, much like the My Disney Experience app at Disney World. However, this costs an additional $20. Still, if you’re looking for a quick thrill, this is a great way to skip the long lines for this popular attraction!

Rise of the Resistance, the other new Star Wars attraction, will remain on a Virtual Queue system for the time being and is not anticipated to join the FASTPASS system at either of it’s locations for at least a year. You can read our guide on how to secure a Boarding Pass for more information.

The launch date for FASTPASS Service on Smuggler’s Run has yet to be announced.
