5 Locations You Can Meet Santa in Disney World

The holiday season is finally here, and that means that it’s about that time when you start planning when and where you’d like your kiddos to see Santa.

I got to meet Santa last year!

Did you know that you can go see Santa INSIDE Disney World? Not just in one place either, no. Santa can travel around to MULTIPLE different Disney World stops each day, because he’s just that fast, so if you want your kiddo to meet Santa at Disney World resort this year, here’s where to go!

Starting in the parks, you can head into Walt Disney Presents in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to see Santa! Not only will you get to say hello to the big man, but you can also see festive displays featuring props and artifacts from beloved Disney holiday films like Noelle, Babes in Toyland, The Muppet Christmas Carol, and The Santa Clause. “Holiday Shorts” will also be shown in the theater, including Walt Disney’s On Ice,  Pluto’s Christmas Tree, and The Art of Skiing.

Santa will be greeting guests in the former location of Ariel from the live-action The Little Mermaid (who is currently over near 50s Prime Time Cafe), and the inspiration for the newly designed location was taken from Walt’s early works, the 1932 Silly Symphony short, Santa’s Workshop.

Hi, Santa!

Over in Animal Kingdom, you’ll want to head to Restaurantosaurus from November 14th through December 24th, right before he’s gotta get back to the North Pole. You’ll be surrounded by dinosaur decor all decked out for the holidays, and we couldn’t be more obsessed.

You’ll officially meet Santa on the Parasaurolophus Porch, and while you’re waiting, you’ll really want to take a look around — there are so many details to take in!

Over in EPCOT, you’ll get the chance to meet Santa in CommuniCore Hall from November 28th through December 24th! This is essentially the majority of the duration of EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays, so we have a feeling it’ll be a very popular offering this year.

That’s not all, though — you’ll also be able to see Santa Goofy over in The Odyssey!

Over in Magic Kingdom, starting on Thanksgiving Day, you can head to Storybook Circus to meet Santa! Not only is this area of the park decked out in holiday attire for the first time, but Santa will have his own dedicated area to greet families and hear Christmas wishes.

Don’t worry, Disney Springs isn’t being kept out of the loop, so you can meet Santa even if you don’t have a park ticket! Over near Disney’s Pin Traders, you can meet Santa, but you’ll need to join a Virtual Queue in the My Disney Experience app, as a standby line won’t be available.

  1. I know Santa is magical which is why he’s capable of having different looks for every meet-and-greet setting, but one thing I’ve always wondered: When I meet Santa Goofy, am I meeting Goofy dressed as Santa or am I meeting Santa in “Goofy form”? #Discuss
