One of our favorite restaurants in Disney Springs just announced something BIG, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Wine Bar George is high on our list of favorite spots in the shopping and dining district, but we have to admit that we’ve been missing a specific offering they had this summer — Smash Burgers. So you can imagine how STOKED we were to see it announced that they’re BACK on the menu!
This past summer, Smash Burgers arrived on the menu at Wine Bar George, and we could not get enough. They’re made to order and cooked right in front of you, and are made of two beef patties, cheese, burger sauce, and pickles. We practically devoured it — it was juicy, cheesy, and the burger sauce added just the right amount of creaminess.

It didn’t have any outrageous toppings, but we feel like it was great without them. The best part? They’re now BACK on the menu! Wine Bar George announced it on their social media accounts on November 1st, and we practically jumped out of our seats (well, I did, it’s high on my list to try next time I’m in Disney Springs!).
@winebargeorge The Smash Burger is back for lunch! ? You loved them all summer, and we heard you loud and clear. Grilled fresh to order with the flavor you’ve been craving. Pair with a frozen cocktail or cold beer and enjoy the perfect lunch at Wine Bar George. #winebargeorge #orlandorestaurants #lunchgoals #orlandofoodie
Now, these are only available for lunch at this time (Monday-Friday 11:30 AM-3 PM to be specific), so you won’t be able to snag one for dinner! This summer, we were able to grab them at The Basket at Wine Bar George, but at this time, neither The Basket nor the table service Wine Bar George restaurant has updated their menus to list the Smash Burgers as being back on the menu, so we’ll have to wait and see if they’ll be located at both restaurants.
