Disney World has really been stepping up its snack game with new lands built in the past several years.

Toy Story Land, Pandora, and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge have some of the best eats in Disney World. With so many choices, how do you decide where to snack during your trip? Well, recently we visited Ronto Roasters for lunch to see if it’s worth your time!
Background
Ronto Roasters is a themed quick-service spot in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. You’ll find it at the edge of the marketplace.

One of the coolest things about this space is that the rotisserie being turned by a droid in front of the counter is made with a podracing engine — just like the podracing engines you see in The Phantom Menace.

But what’s available here?
Atmosphere
Here, you can either order at the counter or Mobile Order through the My Disney Experience app. To order at the counter, go to the right and wait in the queue.

On the left side, you’ll find Mobile Order pickup. They also often keep a water dispenser over here.

Seating is available across from the counter, and there aren’t very many tables, so it’s important to be mindful of the time you’re taking when you’re dining here.

You can find additional tables down the stairs outside the restaurant as well.
Food & Drinks
We’re starting this review with the Ronto Wrap for $13.99. This is made with roasted pork, grilled pork sausage, peppercorn sauce, and tangy slaw wrapped in a pita bread.

If you ask us, this is one of Disney World’s best savory snacks — if you can really call it that! It’s more of a meal, but it’s huge, great for sharing. The sausage has that nice snap to it, and it’s rich in flavor and a little bit smoky. We really like the peppercorn sauce that goes with it. You get the peppery flavor and some creaminess, which helps cut down the saltiness of the sausage. The flavors work really well together, and the pita is so soft. The slaw adds that crunchy freshness and a nice texture altogether.
During the day, you can get Ronto Wraps at Ronto Roasters — but after 3 PM, you’ll find them at Docking Bay 7.

We also got the Zuchii Wrap for $12.99. It’s made with grilled zucchini, smoky chickpea-onion slaw, creamy garlic-tahini sauce, and fresh cilantro on pita bread.

This thing had some HEAT to it! The zucchini was, was crisp and had a nice crunch to it, very fresh and bright, and then the chickpeas had a soft chew and a fun texture to them overall, but the spiciness of the slaw overwhelmed the other flavors. If you really like spicy snacks, you might like this, and maybe this particular batch was overly spicy. It’s a great option for plant-based eaters, though!

On the side, we ordered the Kyryll Pork Rinds for $7.49. These are pork rinds seasoned in a savory blend of ancho chile, cheddar, smoke, and cinnamon.
These tasted overwhelmingly of fake cheddar dust, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. You get a little bit of the ancho chili and some of the smokiness, but the main flavor, as we continued to eat them, was the fake cheddar dust. It was like off-brand Cheetos, kind of, only somehow with a more fake-tasting cheddar dust. They were cheesy and salty and crunchy, though, which makes for a great snack.

And we can’t forget the beverage! We got the Tatooine Sunset for $6.79. It’s made with Gold Peak unsweetened tea and Minute Maid premium lemonade with melon and blueberry.

This got watery very fast. When we were able to get to the actual drink, though, it was just like a vague fruit flavor. Overall, if you’re a really big fan of fruit teas, you might enjoy this, but you also might be really disappointed in it because it’s not super special in any way, and the fruit flavor doesn’t come through as well as it should. But it was nice and refreshing.
So, what’s the verdict? Is Ronto Roasters worth your time and money?
