Disney World Restaurants You’ll Need to Try in 2025

So you’re planning your trip to Disney World for 2025 and you’re looking for a few solid places to eat that won’t leave you feeling like you’ve just thrown your money away.

Eet by Maneet Chauhan

We’re constantly eating our way around Disney World and we know the good, the bad, and the middle of the road of everywhere there is to eat around its parks, hotels, and Disney Springs district. 2024 was a big year for new Disney World restaurants which might have you wondering if they’re worth trying to grab when you make your advanced dining reservations and we’re here to help set the record straight.

While we had some great eats at Disney World restaurants around the “world” this year, that doesn’t mean that everything we ate was truly exceptional.

Bread service at eet

If you’re being cautious and really want to make sure you’re spending your hard earned money at restaurant where we’ve given the best reviews, you’ve come to the right place! Let’s take a look at the restaurants we’re begging you not to pass up on your Disney World visit in 2025.

EET by Maneet Chauhan

This new restaurant came into Disney Springs with a bang and left a lasting impression on us from the jump. The authentic Indian cuisine was a welcomed addition to Disney World (especially since we’ve lost our beloved Restaurant Marrakesh) and the menu is curated by celebrity chef Maneet Chauhan herself!

Short Rib

Seriously everything we’ve tried here we’ve raved about and ended up back time and time again on repeat visits so do not pass this place up!

1900 Park Fare

Another beloved restaurant FINALLY reopened its doors at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort this past year and opened to a critical acclaim. While admittedly we were cautiously optimistic about the menu and character changes to the meals offered at 1900 Park Fare, that didn’t stop us from giving it a fair shake and we’re soooo glad we did!

Sweet treats

The experience here is different but magical in its own unique way. Yes, it’s not the same 1900 Park Fare food and restaurant you might have fallen in love with before, but we promise if you give it a chance, you could fall in love with this one all over again!

The Cake Bake Shop

Another highly anticipated restaurant that opened recently was The Cake Bake Shop at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Resort. It might also be the most vocally critiqued for a multitude of reasons, starting with its expensive menu.

Croque Madame

Again, we’ll be the first to say we questioned our own sanity for being willing to pay over $20 for a slice of cake and $17 for an egg breakfast platter, but in the name of food science, we stepped up to the challenge. And we’re so glad we did — otherwise we would have missed out on incredible treats that melt in your mouth, a stunning restaurant setting, meeting one of the kindest owners who rescued a decorative star from the trash which belonged to the former ESPN Club restaurant (fun fact: it’s on display inside the restaurant), and food that literally moved us to tears (in the best way) during our experience at multiple meals. We’d love for you to have the same experience, just know it’s going to have a hefty price tag.

Shiki-Sai Sushi Izakaya

WOW, we’re really taking you on a food journey and it’s time to feel the tranquil vibes of Shiki-Sai Sushi Izakaya inside EPCOT’s Japan pavilion for our next recommendation.

Tokyo Negi Roll

We couldn’t get enough of the dishes and sushi we dug into here, but this is also one that’s going to lean towards the more expensive meals to budget for. But seriously, if you’re after the best sushi that Disney World can offer this is your stop!

Sebastian’s Bistro

If you’re looking for a filling meal that will please the whole family look no further than Sebastian’s Bistro! We like to think of this one as a hidden gem tucked away at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and not too many people have realized its full potential (yet).

Coconut Bread Pudding

This meal is one of the best prices for those who really want to get their money’s worth because it’s served family style. It’s got a great mix of Caribbean flavors from the meats, to the sides, to that guava butter spread on the bread rolls. Ahh, our mouths are already watering just thinking about it and we don’t think you could mess this meal up even if you tried.

Sanaa

This last one is on our list because it’s an oldie but a solid favorite that never seems to fail us. Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is like the meal that keeps on giving.

Emma and the famous bread service

If you do nothing else at this restaurant, please consider making the reservation for their bread service alone. Those slices of bread and all the dipping sauces it comes with will have you talking it up to anyone who will listen to your rantings because it’s just that great!

  1. One bit of advice. If your children are picky eaters, going to places to eat that offer food they may not be used to can turn out to be expensive lesson. Yes most offer children’s menus , but its tempting to try to get them to be more adventurous. Its also worthwhile to remember you likely don’t want to have to haul take home around especially if you aren’t going back to your hotel room.
