REVIEW: We're Running to EPCOT's Japan Pavilion for a Special Snack

Summertime means you’re often craving a sweet, COLD treat in the parks.

There are tons of snacks to find around EPCOT, and we headed to Kabuki Cafe to try out a new sweet treat. This new treat is so good, we’re about to recommend it to EVERYONE we know!

This new snack is The Mochi-Gori for $12. It’s kakigori shaved ice with a Mochi-donut on top, topped with coconut crème sauce and whipped cream. Um, YUM!

You can get up to three flavors in the shave ice, and we chose cherry, blue Hawaii, and grape. The grape and blue Hawaii tasted the most prominent to us, as the cherry got lost a bit, but we really enjoyed it overall! Shaved ice always hits the spot on a hot Florida day, right?

As for the donut on top, it was light and fluffy with a slightly crispy exterior, and the coconut créme sauce really took it over the top! Both treats worked well together, but be aware that it is sweet, so make sure you have your sweet tooth READY.

We’d absolutely get this treat again, and highly recommend it for those of you who love treating yourself in the parks. This dessert literally has a donut and shaved ice all in one. What’s not to love?
