EPCOT is PACKED with so much to do, but that doesn’t mean it is a complete experience.

Every time we visit, we’re in awe of the tasty eats, amazing rides, and overall vibes. With that said, there are some glaring things that are missing from what could make EPCOT extra-extra special.
From missing amenities to a surprising lack of entertainment, there are a few things EPCOT should add, and we don’t think we’re asking much.
Not Enough Tables and Places to Sit
For a park that prides itself on its food, there’s a surprising lack of tables and places to sit.

Sure, EPCOT offers tables, but demand is high, and it often feels like there’s just never enough. If you’re going to offer so many great eats and beverages, give us more places to enjoy them!

It’s not uncommon to see folks resigned to eating over trash cans. Time to fix this, EPCOT!
Needs More Cooking Seminars!
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival used to offer cooking and/or drink seminars, and they can always return, but we don’t want to wait a whole year to experience something that can be discontinued at any point, as we’ve clearly seen.

It would be really cool if EPCOT had a dedicated cooking demonstration or seminar (or several) year-round. These types of up-close features only grow passions for food and culture, which is what EPCOT is all about.
Parades and Cavalcades
Unlike the other Disney Parks, EPCOT doesn’t really do parades.

Don’t get us wrong — EPCOT has lots of entertainment options like Turtle Talk with Crush and entertainment at various pavilions in World Showcase. HOWEVER, unlike at the other parks, there really aren’t any parades.

We’d settle for a quick character cavalcade!
Not Enough Brunch!
EPCOT does have several breakfast options, but it would be great to have some real brunch choices at sit-down restaurants.

We’d LOVE to have brunch at Chefs de France…or just more brunch options in general. Few things in life beat a delicious brunch, and EPCOT would be wise to never forget that!

If you could add anything to EPCOT to make it better, what would it be? Let us know in the comments!
I agree with the seating argument. Lost opportunity not to have seating along the edge of the lagoon. People would eat and drink more.
Brunch is a fantastic idea. The counter service lines in Epcot are awful in the morning.
But what we are really missing is the PLAY pavilion, Morocco restaurant, Dreamfinder, a ride through the aquarium where you can see the fish, a new country pavilion, and counter service pasta in Italy.
What’s missing is new theming that is not connected to existing Disney World intellectual property. I guess that argument has been lost, though.
