YIKES! EPCOT Is SOLD OUT on New Year’s Eve in Disney World

It’s the holiday season at Disney World and you know what that means — things are getting BUSY!

We’ve seen wait times increase around the parks lately, and Magic Kingdom is already sold out for New Year’s Eve. People tend to want to ring in the new year at the Most Magical Place on Earth and we can’t blame them — but, it looks like another park has officially sold out for New Year’s Eve as well!

It’s official! Park Pass Reservations are BOOKED for EPCOT on New Year’s Eve. While Disney World got rid of park passes for most guests a while back, some ticket types still require park reservations — which are now sold out for December 31st, 2024.

As of now, it looks like Annual Passholders are still able to make reservations for New Year’s Eve as long as they’re not blocked out.

EPCOT is typically a pretty popular spot to celebrate New Year’s, along with Magic Kingdom — which is also sold out of Park Pass Reservations. At EPCOT, you can expect to see DJs hosting dance parties throughout the park, along with a special nighttime fireworks show!

And, although reservations aren’t required for everyone anymore, if you’re planning on visiting EPCOT or Magic Kingdom on New Year’s Eve, keep in mind that the sold-out reservations mean these parks are going to be particularly busy! Expect long waits for rides, food, and more.

Consider purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass if you want to beat the standby lines at popular rides!
