If you’re a fan of hunting for details like easter eggs and hidden Mickeys, you’ll love searching for those things in Hollywood Studios. And some of them may even be hidden in plain sight — so keep an eye out for them on your next trip!

PizzeRizzo

For this first one, let’s head on over to Muppets Courtyard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, home of Muppet*Vision 3D.

Hollywood Studios

Here you’ll find the PizzeRizzo quick service restaurant, themed to Rizzo the Rat. One of the best things about this restaurant is that it has some fun details to check out.

PizzeRizzo

Over the outdoor balcony seating area, you can see a sign pointing to the restaurant. There’s actually a secret detail hidden in that sign! The trick is that you have to look at it at NIGHT.

The sign says “This City’s Top Rated Pizza” in neon yellow lettering…

…but some of the letters flash on and off, and when they’re off, the sign instead reads “it’s rat pizza”!

“it’s rat pizza”

And now you can’t un-see it. What a cool nod to Rizzo the Rat! Although we have to admit…”rat pizza” doesn’t necessarily sound like the most appetizing snack. But you’ve got to love this level of detailing that Imagineering delivers.

Droid Tracks in Galaxy’s Edge

Galaxy’s Edge is a Star Wars fan’s playground!

But there’s a secret you’ve probably never even noticed (you may have walked right over them).

Droid Tracks!

You’ll see all kinds of tracks, from Banthas to droids! And there’s one particularly important set of droid tracks; the Imagineers got the ORIGINAL R2-D2 to make footprints along the land!

Hidden Donald

While we’re still in Galaxy’s Edge, we’ve got another hidden secret for you. I know you’ve heard of hidden Mickeys, but have you heard of a hidden Donald? Take a look at the outside of Oga’s Cantina. Can you spot it?

The entrance is Donald’s bill. The two circles on the wall are his eyes. The blue banner is his tassel and the roof is his hat. Can you see it now?

It’s definitely one of those things you can’t unsee, and definitely some incredible design from Imagineering!

Dianoga Water fountain

Next up, before leaving Galaxy’s Edge, we’ve got another secret for you and it’s one you can find when hitting up the water fountains!

If you’re not familiar with the Dianoga, it’s a creepy, one-eyed creature that lives in the trash compactor on the Death Star. It made an appearance during Star Wars: A New Hope

When you press the button to get water, you might also come face-to-face with the Dianoga.

The dianoga that lives by the water fountains on Batuu!

It’s not trying to escape, just popping up to see who’s draining out its water.

Roger Rabbit

As you’re strolling around the park, you might get hungry and think that Hollywood & Vine is the place for you. If so, you’re in luck because that’s where our next secret is (and it’s about a rabbit friend of ours)!
