Okay, okay, so you know we just HAD to do this.

Hi, there. Allow me to introduce myself — my nickname is Fry Bucket. I am a video producer and digital creator with AllEars. Now, just imagine my joy when I realized there was an EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival booth returning this year that is practically dedicated to me! Hello?! There’s a booth called The Fry BASKET?!
Yeah, that’s got my name all over it…literally. Well, it might not be a fry bucket, but I’ll take it for now. Maybe next year we can convince Disney to rename it “The Fry Bucket,” who knows?! For now, we’ve got to do what this booth calls me to do — rank ALL of its eats and drinks of course.
So join me on this fry frenzy!

Menu
The Fry Basket is a food booth at the 2023 Food & Wine Festival that you’ll find near the Test Track area. It’s sort of between Test Track and The Odyssey (tucked away near Refreshment Station).
The booth has a variety of menu items including food and drinks. Here’s a look at all of them:
Food Items:
- Adobo Yuca Fries with garlic-cilantro aïoli (Plant-based) — $5.50, DDP Snack Eligible
- Fry Flight — $7.50, DDP Snack Eligible
- Sea Salt and Malt Vinegar Fries (Plant-based)
- BBQ Bacon Fries with smoked aïoli
- Sweet Potato Casserole Fries with candied pecans, toasted marshmallow cream, and maple bourbon glaze
- Pickle Fries with dill ranch (New) — $5.50
Beverages:
- Stone Brewing Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager, San Diego, CA (NEW) — $5.50 (6 oz), $9.50 (12 oz)
- Salty Dog Cocktail: Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with Grapefruit Juice, Ginger, Simple Syrup and Lime with a Salted Rim — $12.00

Now, let’s get to the rankings!
#1 — Adobo Yuca Fries
These fries are the best things here. Hands down. You can’t tell the garlic aoli is plant-based at all, the breading of the fries is crispy and delicious, and the Yuca is cooked to the perfect consistency.

The best part? The GARLIC. The flavor reminds us of the best garlic bread we’ve ever had in our lives. We had these last year and they were amazing — so we were thrilled that they’re just as amazing this year. This dish is one of our favorite things that we got this year.
#2 –Pickle Fries with Dill Ranch
These were also SO good. The breading on the outside of the fries was so crisp and slightly crumbly. The flavor of the breading goes perfectly with the pickles — but be careful because the pickles come out BLAZING hot.

If I’m being honest, these are your typical fried pickles and nothing particularly revolutionary. However, if you love fried pickles, you’ll love these. They’re definitely worth a try for the dill ranch in particular — it’s delicious!
#3 –Fry Flight
So, I’ll start off by talking about the Salt and Vinegar fries. These weren’t good. They just tasted like super weird fries.

Like, if you handed me these fries without telling me what they were I’d just think something went wrong during the fry cooking process. Yuck. Do not recommend.
Next in the flight were the BBQ Bacon Fries with Smoked Aoli. These were the best in the flight. They tasted like Lays BBQ chips with a nice, smoky aftertaste that adds to the BBQ chip flavor.

I really liked these!
Lastly, we got the Sweet Potato Casserole Fries. These tasted more like a dessert than a sweet and savory Thanksgiving dish, if that makes sense. The flavor strongly resembles a sweet potato pie!

However, I wasn’t really blown away by these. They were just okay. I really like sweet potato, and I like sweet potato dishes, but these were just okay.
Overview
And there you have it — the list you’ve been waiting for — Fry Bucket’s ranking of the eats and drinks at The Fry Basket! The ultimate fry-ception!

Overall, The Fry Basket booth is a must-try if you love fries or are looking for a snack that you can eat quickly or while walking around. It’s also great if you’re looking for a twist on a classic theme park snack!
