It’s time! The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has officially kicked off!

It feels like we just wrapped up the Flower & Garden Festival, but we’re already in the full swing of Food & Wine checking out more eats and drinks, activities, and entertainment all around EPCOT. So what can you expect from this fest? Well, a lot of old favorites have returned, but there are some things MISSING.
Appleseed Orchard
The first booth that’s missing from the 2023 list is Appleseed Orchard. It’s typically located inside the theater in the Canada Pavilion and in the past has served a variety of apple-based drinks and treats.

Typically, the Canada Far & Wide show has to close temporarily for this booth to operate, so maybe it’ll be open during this year’s festival!
Earth Eats
In the past, Earth Eats has moved locations around the park, usually found outside of the World Showcase. The menu here consisted of various plant-based food and drink items, and the booth was usually sponsored by Impossible.

Instead of this booth in 2023, it looks like various plant-based items will be spread around other booths. The iconic Impossible slider that many have loved from Earth Eats in the past is returning, but it’ll be at Flavors From Fire.
Hops & Barley
Hops & Barley is the former name of the booth located in the American Adventure pavilion, serving up classic USA cuisine. This year, the booth has been renamed Flavors of America.

The menu looks pretty similar, with food items highlighting the coastal regions of the U.S. We’ll be excited to see what else has changed!
Mac & Eats
One fan-favorite spot in the past few years has been Mac & Eats, which was the Food & Wine Festival’s very-own mac and cheese booth. But sadly, it’s not coming back in 2023.

In fact, this year’s menus seem to be lacking in mac and cheese options. Of course, you can always try the Schinkennudeln from the Germany Pavilion instead — it’s a pasta gratin.
The Swanky Saucy Swine
Not only did it have a really fun name, but The Swanky Saucy Swine was a great place to visit if you had a hankering for pork.

Even though it’s not coming back, you’ll still be able to get your pork fix around the festival at other booths. Pig out!
New Additions
But even though some old favorites aren’t returning this year, we’ve got new additions to be excited about! Disney is bringing FOUR new booths in honor of the Disney100 celebration, and of course, the American booth is being rebranded. We’re excited to see what else is new this year!

Oh no! Those pork rinds were the best! And the apple orchard had some of our favorite items too.
I am devastated about mac and eats. The cowboy mac and cheese was the best food item the last couple of festivals!!
The Saucy Swanky Swine was THE BEST booth offered these past few years. What a shame!
