There is LOTS of construction going on all around WDW right now, and we’re keeping up with all of it so you don’t have to. We’ve seen some updates around Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Hollywood Studios and TRON in Magic Kingdom, but what about EPCOT? We can report that Moana: Journey of Water is coming along nicely!

While we were walking around the park this week, we saw rocks being installed right then and there!

Up on the scaffolding!

As you can see, these rocks have been painted and are really starting to look detailed. Overall, there’s lots of scaffolding up so the workers can reach higher areas.

Tons of scaffolding

We even see some leafy greenery on top and between some of the rocks, and the trees seem to mostly be all put in place in that section.

Looking good!

A look at the whole attraction shows there’s definitely lots left to do, but that lots of progress is being made.

So much space!

We can’t wait to watch this as it progresses, but if you’re looking to dress like Moana while you’re walking around EPCOT, check out our AllEars Style Guide!

If you’re looking forward to riding the Walt Disney World Railroad again in Magic Kingdom, some of TRON’s latest updates involve the train!
