As you’re booking your upcoming Disney vacation, we know you’re looking for the best prices and options for your party.

And, you might be looking into whether a Value, Moderate, or Deluxe Resort is suited the most for your group size and budget. As Disney World continues to make modifications around the parks, we’re breaking down the costs for each of the levels of Disney Resorts right now!
Note: We’ll be referring to the rounded base price of the Standard Rooms at each resort to reference the lowest cost per night available at the hotels. We largely referenced August, where most of the resorts had availability for a fair comparison.
Value Resorts
The Value Resorts may be the most budget friendly out of the tiers, but they don’t lack amenities! They are great spots to stay at Disney World with unique offerings to guests of all ages. The trio of All-Star Resorts (Movies, Music, and Sports) are in this group, although All-Star Movies Resort is the only one currently open. Rooms start at $124 per night at this resort.

Disney’s Art of Animation is one of the Skyliner Resorts that connects to other Disney hotel properties, as well as EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with a price starting at $195…

…along with another Skyliner Resort as Disney’s Pop Century Resort has Standard Rooms beginning at $165.

The Value Resorts also include Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort campsites with the cheapest option being the Tent or Pop-Up location that has room for a pop-up camper or a camper van-type vehicle, and up to 2 tents for $65.

Moderate Resorts
The middle tier of Disney Resorts hop up in price, but do offer more amenities for the guests visiting (like the addition of table-service dining). Guests can stay at another Skyliner Resort in this level at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort for $273Â a night.

There’s also Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort for $248 a night.

Guests can also stay elsewhere on Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort at the cabins for $379.

However, almost half of Disney’s Moderate Resorts are closed since Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside both aren’t open at this time.

Deluxe Resorts
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge may be closed, but Kidani Village is still open to guests on property for the cost of $403 per night.

If you’re looking for an island atmosphere, there are quite a few spots to satisfy your love for beach-themed areas! Disney’s Beach Club has a starting point at $467…

…while the neighboring Disney’s Yacht Club has a starting point at $455.

Plus, if you love taking a trip to the pier, Disney’s Boardwalk Inn can make you feel like you’re in a beach town with a price point starting at $509.

Instead of the beach, guests can become one with nature at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort, beginning at $389.

The Deluxe Resort tier also holds the Monorail Resorts, which connect to one another and the Magic Kingdom at this time. These include Disney’s Contemporary Resort, whose Garden Wing Standard Room starts at $469…

…and Disney’s Grand Floridian, whose Outer Building Garden View starts at $660.

Although Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort would normally be a part of the Monorail Resorts, this hotel won’t be reopening until the summer of 2021. When the resort opens to guests again, there will be Moana re-theming of the rooms and around the hotel to add additional Disney influences.

These prices don’t reflect the various deals that Disney World makes available to hotel guests throughout the year. And, the costs are subject to change, depending on the month and availability. But, these standard prices should give you an idea of the price range of your upcoming resort stay! You can continue to stay tuned with All Ears for the latest Disney news!

I got a room at Kidani (savannah view) through dvc-rental at a really good rate. I would recommend looking into that.
Or, and I know it’s crazy, but you could stay at a hotel that’s actually nice instead of “nice for Disney” and get your whole stay for less than a couple of nights on property. I suggest Gaylord palms to family when they come down.
Yes, exactly! We haven’t stayed on site in 20 years. There are a lot of resorts just off Disney property (a literal 5 minute drive) with 3 bedroom,2 bathroom condos that can be had for less than the price of a room at the All-Star resort. These resorts have pools (some have small water parks) that are very nice (even if they aren’t Disney themed). Furthermore, these condos have full kitchens, so the savings increase when you don’t have to eat every meal at a high price Disney restaurant.
So true! As much as I’d love to stay on property just because, I can never justify the absolutely outrageous cost. I understand people that fly down and don’t want the hassle, but for those of us that drive, I would much rather pay closer to $130 or less, for a 4 star resort with room to move about and a comfy bed or even an entire house. They are all over Orlando! We paid more than this for a value one year and the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart every time I moved, and there was a big dip in the middle. Staying on property is for the novelty and definitely not the comfort.
Good luck finding a room anywhere close to starting rate. I spent better part of an hour this afternoon looking for good rate at any hotel and I guess due to reduced hotels being open and possibly reduced capacity in those hotels (I am assuming) there are very few available and none at starting rates actuary quite expensive. I tried every weekend from now till end of July.
