Palmas Restaurant Group, which owns a variety of Disney World restaurants, including La Cava del Tequila, is hiring for positions at San Angel Inn in the EPCOT Mexico Pavilion, Springs Food Service in Coronado Springs Resort, and Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs. And, if you get hired for select positions, you’ll receive a $1,000 hiring bonus.

Positions include Quick Service Host and Hostess roles and their hiring listing says that they “offer a fun & friendly work environment, training, competitive wages, benefits and Company perks.”

  1. Out here in California, it’s getting cutthroat for servers, line cooks, and restaurant staff because so many have left the industry. In San Diego, restaurants are offering cash signing bonuses and poaching staff from other restaurants. Other restaurants are starting bussers at $20 per hour. I’d expect to see more of this until more people come back to the food and service industry.
