There are so many different jobs at Disney World that take place on stage and behind the scenes.

And now that Disney World has been open for almost a full year following last year’s closures, job postings have started to pop up. If you’ve ever wanted to join the team of Disney World’s Cast Members, now’s your chance!
Disney World is hiring additional Cast Members in the Attractions, Custodial, Merchandise, and Quick-Service Food and Beverage departments! Pay rates currently start at $14 an hour, which may vary depending on what roles employees are offered.

Attractions Cast Members will operate ride systems, load and unload vehicles, and guide large groups and traffic in various weather conditions. Custodial Cast Members will be asked to maintain Disney’s high standards of cleanliness and service. Along with their maintenance responsibilities, they will be asked to aid guests by answering questions and providing directions.

Merchandise Cast Members, on the other hand, will operate registers, take care of inventory and stocking, among other duties. Quick-Service Foods Cast Members will be in fast-paced indoor and outdoor environments, where they will take orders, handle food preparation, and more.

Guests are required to be 18 years or older, and part-time positions require full availability for any shift at a minimum of 3 days per week (including nights and holidays). You can check out the full list of requirements and apply to the jobs here. And, be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for the latest Disney news!

Yes I do know some WDW cast members and have thought of becoming one myself and bring magic to guests of all ages as well.
I do know a cast member and hope to become one! I am surprised to see them hiring so soon with so many CMs still on furlough. I hate to take one of their jobs. I do have a question. I won’t be moving there for 2 months, but I have my address already. Should I put that address on my application? And is it too early? How long does it take to get hired on there?
As a cast member, who was furlough and got called back, they have called back most if not all the cast members that had those jobs originally first to see if they wanted to come back before they posted the jobs online for the public.
