It can be difficult to go out to eat when you have allergies or dietary restrictions. It can be even harder to find something to eat that you can eat at a theme park.

But when that theme park is Walt Disney World, dining is a whole different ball game! Many of the restaurants in Disney World have allergy-friendly menus and gluten free options.
Here are some of our favorite gluten-free snacks in Hollywood Studios.

Note: Always be sure to request the ingredients binder at Quick Service spots (or speak to a manager) and to talk to a chef at Table Service locations to be 100% sure that a food will work for you! Learn more here.
Anaheim Produce
First up we have an incredibly obvious choice: the fruit at the Anaheim Produce. It may seem obvious to recommend some good old fashioned fruit, but sometimes a refreshing orange is exactly what you need on a hot theme park day.
Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream
Gertie’s is one of the most distinct buildings in Hollywood Studios. If you don’t know it, it is the Dinosaur shaped building near the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. The soft serve ice cream is a great gluten free treat in Hollywood Studios. You just have to skip the cone to make it gluten free.
Ice Cream Carts
There are ice cream carts scattered about all of the Disney World parks. These carts are the best place to get one of the all time best classic Disney snacks, the Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Bar. The classic chocolate coated vanilla ice cream bars are gluten friendly (so be sure to double check the ingredients).

Woody’s Lunch Box
Woody’s Lunch Box has some truly delicious snacks and all of the sandwiches can be ordered with gluten free bread. One of the standout menu items are the Totchos (tater tot nachos). These are just classic tater tots covered in cheese, queso, sour cream, Fritos, and chili. Next time you’re in Toy Story Land stop by and try an order.

PizzeRizzo
Pizza may not be the first food you think of for gluten free snacks, but then there is the Muppet themed pizza restaurant PizzeRizzo. PizzeRizzo has a gluten free crust option on their pizzas. That way you can chow down on some pizza with zero worry.
Popcorn Carts
There is no snack that screams theme park more than popcorn. This salty snack is a perfect Disney treat and many of the popcorn stands even have collectible Disney buckets that you can upgrade to. If you get one of the collectible buckets you can pay a lower price to refill it at any Disney park.
Toluca Legs Turkey Company
Another iconic snack that no Disney World trip is complete without is the giant Turkey Leg. This over-sized Turkey Leg is a smoky snack that could even work as a meal. If you haven’t tried one, try it next time you are in Hollywood Studios.

Milk Stand
The Milk Stand in Galaxy’s Edge is one of the most popular snack stands. They serve the iconic Blue and Green Milk from the Star Wars films. These are plant-based frozen beverages that have a fruity flavor. They’re not everyone’s favorite treat, we’ll be honest, but you have to try them at least once.
These are just some of the great gluten free options in Hollywood Studios. Next time you visit check these out and make sure to ask for an allergy friendly menu at the restaurants.

I whole heartedly agree with the PizzaRizzo’s assessment. It was the first time my gluten eating husband was actually jealous of my gluten free food. It was the same price as his glutenous pizza but was larger (in diameter at least) and was a thin crust which he and I actually tend to prefer. It also came with a salad and his did not. It’s one of the few times, my gluten free meal was the better value and it was so good!
I’d have to say, the quick service gluten free chicken tenders aren’t anything to write home about but they were still a very solid choice.
And the Ronto Wrap without the Pita is still amazing (athough for the next trip, I’m definitely bringing my own gluten free Pitas into the park so I can have the full experience, haha)!
Thanks so much for this! Disney has definitely done better in recent years for those of us who are gluten free – 🥰
My Ronto wrap hack is to get the breakfast wrap without the bread. Because of the egg patty you can still pick it up as a sandwich and it’s so tasty!
plz do one of these for every park 😩😍
The milk is not safe for people with celiac disease. Disney doesn’t use gluten free oats.
Did you speak to a manager about this recently? I have celiac disease, and had the blue milk last week without an issue.
As of October 2020 when we were there, the blue milk was celiac safe. I also had it three times on three different days with no issues 🙂
