NEWS! Adventures By Disney Extends Cancellation of Most Trips Through Mid-September

As some travelers look to fit in an out-of-town escape this summer season, they may need to reconsider those plans if they included Adventures by Disney.

We have learned today that yet another round of Adventures By Disney departures have been suspended. Recently, departures were suspended through August 31st. Those suspensions are now moving into the month of September.

In a recent update provided by Adventures By Disney’s website, all departures through September 15th, 2020 have been cancelled. The one exception to this is the September 15th Paris Escape, which at this time will depart as scheduled.

Several river cruise sailings have been suspended through September as well. AmaWaterways, which partners with Disney, have suspended all Rhine, Rhône, Seine, and Danube sailings to Amsterdam, Budapest, and Paris through September 14th.

Adventures By Disney’s cancellation policy remains the same as it was before. Those who have booked departures through September 30th, 2020 may change their reservation and receive a 100% credit towards any future adventure. The new travel dates must be selected by March 31st, 2021.

Disney has also kept the new booking policy where any bookings made by the end of June 2020 will be subject to fully refundable deposits up until the final payment date. The Final Payment Extension is still being automatically applied to any booking made through November 30t.
