ate lunch here to take a mid day break. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seat- we had an ADR. The server was very nice and the food was tasty. This is the third time I have eaten here and it has always been good.

Love this table service restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom!! It is part of the Landry's chain, so if you have a Landry's Select Club card you can walk right up to the podium and get seated pretty quickly - even without a reservation. For those with no Select Club membership, I would recommend making a reservation before you arrive in Orlando as this is a very popular restaurant at AK.
Yak & Yeti features Pan-Asian cuisine and everything I've tried (with the exception of the lettuce wraps) has been delicious. I highly recommend the fried fish tacos, which is now served with rice and stir-fried veggies, or the Miso Salmon. I find it really hard to pick between the two so my solution this trip was to order the fish tacos as an appetizer for the table and the Miso Salmon as my meal.
This is definitely my go-to restaurant every time i visit AK - I sometimes even come to the park just to eat here. 🙂
Pros:
Delicious food; centrally located; indoor seatingCons:
The restaurant tends to be cold. I always take a jacket with me.Reviewed by Becky B Review Date: 09/26/2018

Ate here in April 2018 for lunch with my husband and parents on one of the first days of our 8 day trip. We sat at the bar and shared two orders of Ahi Tuna nachos and two orders of chicken lo mein. We had several rounds of the Pink Himalayan cocktails (gin, red grapefruit juice, passionfruit, lemon grass) which were one of the week favorites. In fact, everyone loved the atmosphere, drinks, food and bartenders so much, we had dinner here on one of our last nights. This time we shared two orders of the Korean BBQ ribs (which my dad is still talking about) and more lo mein. Absolutely fabulous.

Loved this place! The chicken tikka masala was to die for! I ordered the Bhaktapur duck, and it was good, but I wish I had ordered the chicken tikka masala that my husband got. I kept stealing it off of his plate!
The staff was also very nice, and were great at recommending the best things to order.

Was seated upstairs which was nice. Food was good, had crispy chicken and sweet and sour chicken and portion size was also good. Similar dishes at China are better. The main issue was service, 1 1/2 hours for a single course meal.
Pros:
Upstairs seating areaCons:

This place has become a favorite restaurant to relax and have great food. We came twice during our last visit and thoroughly the firecracker shrimp as an appetizer prior to a Kobe burger and Korean beef. The appetizer is sufficient for one person. The Kobe was served a bit too rare and Stacey, the waiter, was able to send the burger back. I received a perfect burger and another load of hot fries. The mango tea is delicious!
We had dinner reservations but were easily able to be accommodated for lunch. Mark was our waiter who made sure everything was served hot. There was not a rush to leave as other restaurants. We will return to the Yak and Yeti again...and again...and again.
Pros:
Service and fabulous selection of food itemsCons:

Let me start with we are not AK fans, but members of our group had never been before so we opted to go for half a day. I reserved lunch at Yak and Yeti because of the reviews and the menu sounded amazing. It was incredible!! We were seated within 5 mins of our reservation time and had a window seat that allowed us to people watch while we ate. The food was plentiful and delicious and even our 6 year old cleaned her plate! If we go back to AK on our next trip we will definitely eat here!

The food here was excellent, we have been saying we would try it for years & finally did. The food was just incredible, I had the Korean beef & my son Had Korean ribs. My husband had the seafood dish, we all really enjoyed our meals. The theming was great.
