We’re screaming “Show Yourself” to the iconic ice queen, as Elsa is now on the cover of the new guide map. Of course, she is representing the Magic Kingdom’s brand-new nighttime parade, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away.

We also took a look inside the new map to look for any changes!

Magic Kingdom’s full layout

If you take a look at the area by Big Thunder Mountain and Frontierland, it’s officially empty! That empty green space is where Tom Sawyer Island and the Rivers of America used to be.

Tom Sawyer Island

We’re going to be seeing a lot of changes to the map once the new expansions of Villains Land and Piston Peak are added. We’re very excited for that, even though it won’t be for a while. What could come sooner is a change to the space where Tom Sawyer used to be (now it’s all green), as we might be seeing “coming soon” for Piston Peak. We’ll have to keep an eye out for map changes in that area, as well as behind Big Thunder Mountain for Villains Land.

No more Tom Sawyer

You’ll also find in the attractions layout section of the map, there is no more Tom Sawyer Island under Frontierland.

Goodbye Tom Saywer

Grabbing a map can be very helpful for Disney World first-timers, as it’ll show you experiences you never thought of. A park map is also available on the My Disney Experience App, but it’s fun to hold a physical one when finding your way around the park. Not to mention, they also make for great free collectible souvenirs.
