Is it your ultimate dream to live in the world of Disney? Don’t miss this major update!

As it turns out, you can actually live out that dream at Disney World! Golden Oak is a private neighborhood owned by Four Seasons at Disney World and offers resort-style living with unique amenities. If you’re a Disney World enthusiast, these Disney-inspired homes are extra special as they’re located just four miles from Magic Kingdom. Now, according to Four Seasons, the community is about to get even bigger!
Per an official release from Four Seasons, new residences are heading to the Four Seasons Orlando Resort at Disney World located within Golden Oak by 2026!

The new residences being developed by Host Hotels & Resorts and Four Seasons are slated to feature 40 homes, including 31 units in a mid-rise tower and nine attached boutique homes.
With Golden Oak Realty as the exclusive sales and marketing agent, sales are expected to begin later this year. Construction is already underway and the homes are currently scheduled to be completed in early 2026.

In the release, Bart Carnahan, who oversees global business development, portfolio management, and the residential business for Four Seasons, said, “Together with our partners at Host Hotels & Resorts, we will offer new residents the legendary service, amenities, and experiences of Four Seasons from the comfort of their new homes within the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.”

Golden Oak homes are famously lavished in fantastic style, amenities, and space that cost a pretty penny.
Located in a five-acre enclave adjacent to Four Seasons Resort Orlando, the new Four Seasons Private Residences are designed by HKS, which also worked on the resort. The 31 units that will be featured in a single mid-rise residential tower will sport a similar Spanish Revival style with “grand colonnades, columns and arches, French doors, barrel tile roofs, sweeping stairways, and decorative metal work.”

Each unit will boast open floorplans, premium fixtures, cabinetry and fittings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private verandas. Views of natural woodlands, lakes, landscaped gardens, and nearby fireworks spectaculars have also been teased.
Speaking of floorplans, future residents will be able to choose from eight one-story floorplans ranging from 3,494 to 4,327 square feet, featuring three to four bedrooms. Five two-story, four-bedroom penthouses ranging from 6,576 to 6,962 square feet will also be available.

Of course, a private, resident-only pool will also be featured. The pool will be “surrounded by manicured landscaping and serene lake views” with lounge furniture, cabanas, towel service, a pool service bar, a children’s water play area, and an event lawn.

Nearby, the boutique homes will include nine attached units grouped into four buildings all connected by breezeways. These homes were designed by architect Cooper Cary and are styled after French Moderne architecture. Floorplans range from 5,207 to 5,540 square feet, each with four to five bedrooms.
According to Four Seasons, “Each home will include its own outdoor living space complete with a covered patio, pool, and outdoor kitchen. These homeowners will also have access to all amenities in the adjacent residential tower.”

Since its development in 2010 Golden Oak has expanded into a luxurious living experience that includes exclusive Disney services and amenities such as the Golden Oak Club. This club offers special events, select concierge-style services, a private clubhouse, fitness center access, pool access, theme park transportation services, and more.
