Can you believe Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is only a few months away?

The party will return in 2023 with all kinds of spooky fun, and we’ve got all of our posts from last year’s party you can use to get familiar with this popular event. But things are a little different in Magic Kingdom this year. One of the biggest changes that has happened is that TRON Lightcycle / Run has opened. Will this ride be available during the party? Will there be a virtual queue? Here’s what we know.
Not every ride in Magic Kingdom is available during this after-hours event, but the majority of them are. With TRON currently only accessible via virtual queue or Individual Attraction Selection during the day, many guests have wondered if this ride will be available during the party. Now we have our answer.

Disney has confirmed that TRON WILL be available during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year! But there will NOT be a standby line. Instead, you will need to enter another virtual queue to grab a spot to ride.
Disney has specifically said, ” TRON Lightcycle / Run will use a virtual queue during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.” And they have cautioned that “Virtual queues are limited and subject to availability, times are subject to change, and joining a virtual queue does not guarantee entrance to any experience.”

Thus far, the details on this virtual queue (including the time to join) have not yet been shared, but Disney has said to check back for more details, so we’ll be on the lookout for that information.
