PHOTOS & VIDEO: Preview The New PANDORA-SCENTED Candle and More Coming to Disney World!

Disney World may be celebrating 50 years since Magic Kingdom opened, but it’s also an anniversary year over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Pandora — The World of Avatar opened 5 years ago (in 2017) and it’s been a fan-favorite part of the park since with lines for Flight of Passage usually sitting at or over 100 minutes every day. And, what’s a Disney anniversary without some merchandise, right? Well, we’ve got a sneak peek at it all, including a Na’vi River-scented CANDLE — let’s take a look!

For the 5th anniversary, guests will be able to find four different Pandora — The World of Avatar collections in the parks. This includes a Dylan Cole-designed collection, a land collection, a bioluminescence collection, and a travel collection.

If you’re not familiar with Dylan Cole, he’s an artist who has brought the world of Pandora to life in several paintings for Disney. And, in this collection, he focused on highlighting the land at dusk. You’ll be able to pick up things like jackets and t-shirts…

…hats…

…and there’s even a light-up orb that has the artwork on the display base.

Plus, for the first time, guests will be able to take the smells from Na’vi River Journey HOME with the new Pandora candle! The creators worked with Disney Imagineers to get the scent just right and, we’ve got to say, they NAILED IT!

The Land Collection features items that are meant to highlight things that you see and experience as you make your way through Pandora — The World of Avatar in Disney World. For example, there’s a pen and case that features writing and designs from the cave scene in Flight of Passage.

And, while we normally would say that it’s bad luck to open up an umbrella indoors, you’ll want to open this one up because it features the mosaic found inside WindTraders at the Banshee experience.

Pandora — The World of Avatar is also known for its unique glow at night and that’s what the Bioluminescence Collection is all about! Items in this collection include a water bottle that lights up and other things that celebrate all things that glow and light up in the land.

And, lastly, the Travel Collection is packed with things that you’ll need when traveling to Pandora. This includes backpacks…

…apparel…

…and more!

So, there’s going to be a whole lot to check out in the parks soon! These items (and many more) are already starting to roll out in the parks and more will be released in the next few months according to Disney.
