The holidays may have swept over Disney World today, but we spotted an extra bit of Christmas magic over in the Magic Kingdom.

Towards the end of last year, we had to bid farewell to The Muppets Present Great Moments in History. Although the live show took its final bow in Liberty Square, our puppet friends have popped up from time to time during special occasions to greet guests. While the Muppets returned for President’s Day Weekend to sing tunes about the Declaration of Independence, they’ll be jamming to the “Jingle Bell Rock” this time around in the parks!

As a festive surprise for everyone visiting Disney World during Christmastime, the Muppets have returned to their ole’ watering hole in Liberty Square! In order to add a little extra humor and heart to everyone’s day, Gonzo and his chickens are shaking jingle bells to ring in the holidays!

The paneling below them is decked out in red and green with candy canes and Christmas trees…

…as Gonzo and his chickens shake up entertainment in the Magic Kingdom with their dance moves and jingle bell chorus!

And, let us tell you that Gonzo was just as happy to see as we were to see him!

Wow, we’re so happy to have you back, Muppets! We only hope to see some of our other friends return too for one big family reunion.
