Disneyland Paris will reopen to the public on July 15th! Europe’s Disney park will welcome guests back for the first time since mid-March with new health and safety procedures in place.
Ahead of its grand reopening, many construction projects have resumed, including work on the Studio Tram Tour reboot!
Walt Disney Imagineering shared this photo on their Instagram to give us a sneak peek at the construction progress! The caption reads, “Construction sites at @disneylandparis resumed activity earlier this week – including the new Studio Tram Tour reboot into Cars Route 66 Road Trip. Ka-chow!”
Disneyland Paris’ Studio Tram Tour was inspired by the original Studio Backlot Tour in Hollywood Studios, including the infamous Catastrophe Canyon. The original attraction closed in January of 2020 and will be re-themed to fit the Cars universe!
