There have been many, many popular non-animated Disney movie characters over the years. Mary Poppins has remained close to the top since 1964. Not only have i seen her costume on Halloween, I have enjoyed watching Mary Poppins meeting Mary Poppins in Epcot’s United Kingdom pavilion on occasion.
