CONFIRMED: A Popular EPCOT Ride Reopens Tomorrow With BIG Changes

Some big changes are happening all over Disney World. Three out of the four parks are getting new lands with new rides. Now, EPCOT might not be getting a new land or expansion, but it has been getting some new things recently, too, including ride updates. Most recently, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure opened with a new 2D look.

Well, another EPCOT ride, Frozen Ever After, is set to reopen tomorrow, and it’s going to also be sporting a brand new look.

Frozen Ever After closed on January 26th to make way for some new animatronics. The animatronics with the face projections will be gone, and new animatronics that are 100% animatronics will replace all the human characters in the ride. That means Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff are about to look a lot different, and similar to the more realistic animatronics for the Frozen ride we saw at Hong Kong Disneyland.

If you’re headed to EPCOT tomorrow, you’ll probably run into some pretty long lines for Frozen Ever After, as we expect everyone (ourselves included) will want to check out the updated ride. So you’ll want to plan accordingly and make your way to the Norway Pavilion ASAP to get in line after rope drop. Or you can grab a Lightning Lane Multi Pass for the ride, although we expect those could disappear before the end of the day.

We’ll be in EPCOT tomorrow to see what the crowds and lines look like and to give you a first look at the new animatronics, so you’ll want to make sure you check back with us for more.
