LENGTHY Closure Hits Disney World Hotel Lounge Next Month

Lounges are some of our favorite spots to hang out in Disney World. It’s often easier to walk up to a lounge than snag a table service reservation at the most popular restaurants, and we love the atmosphere.

One of our favorite lounges is located in the EPCOT Resorts area at Disney’s Yacht Club. Crew’s Cup Lounge is known for not only having a great atmosphere, but also some delicious dining options, which is why we’re going to miss it desperately when it closes for refurbishment next month!

The lounge has a cozy seafaring atmosphere to it, thanks to all its wooden detailing and lights that look like lanterns, and it’s usually open from around 4 PM to 11 PM each day. It’s nestled right next to Yachtsman Steakhouse, so if you weren’t able to snag a reservation there, we highly recommend giving the lounge a try.

While we’ve rarely been disappointed by anything at this lounge, some of our favorite items to grab are the Yachtsman Signature Bread for $8 and the Prime Rib Sliders for $21.

The lounge will close for refurbishment on February 23rd, and is expected to reopen in May 2026. Right when it reopens, Yachtsman Steakhouse will then close for refurbishment in May and is expected to reopen in August. Guests staying at the hotel or walking around may see or hear daytime work — rest assured, though, all work will be completed once the sun goes down to ensure guests get a good night’s sleep.
