REVIEW: There’s a Paw Print In Our Disney World Soda…And We’re Not Mad About It

Disney World has gone Zootopia crazy, for a very good reason. That’s because Zootopia: Better Zoogether, a brand new 4D show, has officially opened in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Not only that, you can now meet Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps in the park. PLUS Zootopia 2 releases in theaters SOON.

Cub Soda

To celebrate, Disney World dropped some fun Zootopia-themed snacks, including a new drink that you might want to check out the next time you visit the park.

If you head on over to Eight Spoon Cafe (you know, that place with the AMAZING baked mac and cheese), you’ll find a new item on the menu, the Cub Soda. For $6.29, you’ll get a drink made with Sprite with Blueberry Syrup and Pawpsicle-inspired Ice Cube. Now, that might not sound like much, but Disney isn’t really into the whole specialty soda thing, so that makes this drink rather unique.

It’s unique

This soda has a nice balanced flavor with the tart and sweet blueberry flavor blending well with the Sprite. It all works beautifully together, not to mention it’s a nice non-caffeinated option for little ones. The paw-shaped ice cub is also super cute, which will also be a big kid pleaser.

The cutest ice cube

Sure, this might seem a little overpriced for what’s basically a flavored soda, but we think it’s different enough to warrant giving it a try. Also, a regular Sprite in Disney World is already going to set you back around $5.50, so you might as well pay a little more for a good upgrade. It’s also nice to have more non-alcoholic options in the parks that aren’t just basic soda or lemonade.

Check back with AllEars again soon for more.
