I Think Disney Made This New Coffee Shop For Me Specifically

We are getting closer and closer to seeing the Disney Destiny set sail!

Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship is hitting the seas on November 20th, 2025 and we are learning more and more about it. Now, we’re getting a sneak peek at one of the cafes headed to the ship. Grab your coffee and let’s dive in!

Are you ready to set sail? Disney Cruise Line is growing and growing with several new ships expected to launch over the next few years. Before the Destiny launches this November, Disney is giving us an inside look at one of the new cafes on board, Café Megara! 

The new ship will be themed to Heroes and Villains, so a Hercules-inspired cafe is no surprise. Grabbing a fancy coffee during our Disney cruises is a highlight, so grabbing one from a cafe inspired by this writer’s favorite character will be even sweeter!

On Instagram, Disney gave us a quick peek at the new cafe’s design that will be located as a walk-up in the Grand Hall. From the flooring to the seating, Disney shared that the cafe will feature “nods to the ancient world of Greek mythology and legendary heroes.” 

The cafe is inspired by Meg and Pegasus, which can be seen in the color and accents in the designs. We even spotted Pegasus in the wallpaper! The carpet is inspired by the clouds in the film as well. The Disney Destiny is the sister ship of the Disney Treasure, which set sail in 2024. Cafe Megara will be in the spot where Hei Hei Cafe or the Jade Cricket Cafe are located on the Disney Treasure.
