I’m just going to say it – Disney World needs a Villains Land hotel.

We’re already getting the long-rumored Villains Land in Magic Kingdom, so why stop there? A themed hotel that immerses guests in the world of Disney’s most iconic villains feels like the natural next step. This could be one of the most unique hotels Disney has ever built, so let’s talk about why this needs to happen and what it could look like.
A Truly Immersive Experience
If Disney is going all-in on Villains Land, a hotel themed around these characters just makes sense. Just imagine stepping into a dark and mysterious lobby where the chandeliers flicker ominously and the background music sends chills down your spine.

Each section of the hotel could be themed after a different villain, with rooms designed to reflect their signature styles. A Hades-themed pool? Yes, please. A Queen of Hearts tea lounge? Absolutely. The possibilities are endless.
Exclusive Park Access
One of the coolest perks of staying at some Disneyland and Universal hotels is their direct access to the parks. Disney World should take a page from that book and offer Villains Land hotel guests their own special entrance into Magic Kingdom.

This could be similar to how the Grand Californian Hotel at Disneyland connects directly to Disney California Adventure. Not only would this be convenient, but it would also add to the exclusivity and immersive experience of staying in the hotel.
Themed Dining and Entertainment
We all know that Disney doesn’t mess around when it comes to themed dining, and a Villains Land hotel would be the perfect place to take that to the next level. Picture a dark and moody fine dining restaurant inspired by Dr. Facilier’s New Orleans magic, complete with live jazz and eerie special effects.

Or maybe a casual quick-service spot styled after Gaston’s Tavern, but with a more villainous twist. And of course, there has to be an over-the-top villain character dining experience, where you can meet Maleficent and Jafar as they roam from table to table.

Next-Level Hotel Rooms
The room themes could be the real showstopper. Disney already does a great job with their themed rooms at their resorts, but with a Villains Land hotel, they could take things to a whole new level.

Imagine staying in a Maleficent suite where the walls glow green at night, or a Captain Hook room where your bed looks like a pirate ship. The attention to detail would make this an unforgettable stay.

Special After-Hours Perks
Disney loves giving resort guests exclusive perks, and this hotel would be the perfect place to introduce some extra special villain-themed experiences. How about an after-hours Villains Land event, where guests can ride attractions with minimal wait times and watch an exclusive nighttime show? Maybe even a “Villains Takeover” experience where rare characters roam the hotel halls after dark.

All of us Disney fans have been asking for a Villains Land for years, and now that we’re finally getting one, a hotel tied to the land feels like the natural next step. Plus, let’s be real – who wouldn’t want to sleep in a castle designed by the baddest Disney characters of all time?

If done right it could be brilliant!
I wanna know if something connected to descendants would be in the hotel? The movies have been huge to give villain’s and their children a happily ever after so if villain’s land and this hotel involve the descendants movies mixed with the classic stories of the villain’s we all love them I will be more then happy to sign
I’m worried about this idea. Given the pattern of Disney’s misguided management they would likely bulldoze a beloved property to then put up a hotel dedicated to reimagining traditional hero’s turned into villains. A building dedicated to evil Luke Skywalker. Another dedicated to ‘stalker’ Prince Charming and maybe yet another where they make Aladdin into an evil monster. Sorry but trusting the current Disney management to do something creative seems foolish.
Love it!!
