It is no secret that a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth gets more and more expensive year after year.

Each year, we brace ourselves for the inevitable price hikes that come our way across all parts of Disney World, including the hotels, theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. If you are planning a visit to EPCOT in 2025, you can expect a visit to the park to cost you more in the new year.
EPCOT has seen a lot of changes. Over this past summer, the EPCOT Transformation was marked complete with the opening of CommuniCore Hall and Plaza, and there is even more on the horizon for EPCOT. In 2025, a new Spaceship Earth lounge will open along with Test Track 3.0. Plus, it has been confirmed that both the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts and the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival will make their return.

There is so much to see and do in EPCOT in 2025, but we have to warn you it is going to cost you more to visit this park when the new year rolls around.

Tickets
For some reason, Disney World tends to announce price increases around October, and this year was no different. One of the most significant announcements was an increase in both park tickets and Annual Passes.

Ticket prices vary by demand, which means the time of year and the day of the week you plan to visit can play a massive part in the cost of your ticket.

Lightning Lane
If you are planning to utilize Disney’s new pay-to-skip-the-line service, you can expect the price to increase on both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass. We can also expect a potential increase on Lightning Lane Premier Pass as well.

The good news is that Disney does post the prices for this service in advance, which can help you set a loose budget when the time rolls around so you can start booking your experiences before your trip.

Merchandise
We love to shop, but unfortunately, Disney has been raising the prices of some of our favorite merchandise. Over the years, we have watched the price of ears go up and up.

So make sure to budget a little extra for all your souvenirs as you go around the World Showcase to remember your time visiting all the different countries!

Food and Drinks
EPCOT is known for its good eats and drinks year-round, and it gets even better when there is a festival going on! As we mentioned, in October, Disney rolled out price increases on park tickets and Annual Passes, but those increases also affected food prices.

While these increases were between 50 cents to two dollars, they still can add up. Unfortunately, we can expect another round of price increases later in 2025.
We will continue to monitor price increases across the resort. While it is unfortunate, it is good to be prepared to budget more before your trip rather than be caught off guard once you arrive.
