The Cabins at Disney World’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground are getting a huge makeover.
We’ve been keeping up with all the latest updates and sneak peeks at what we can expect from this refurbishment, which promises to bring a new, refreshed look to this resort. And, we can’t be the only ones looking forward to the opening of the new cabins because Disney has just shared a new look inside!
Disney has shared a video with a look inside at some of the details of the new DVC Cabins at Fort Wilderness! We had already seen the art that will be featured on the pull-down bed…
…but Disney has shared a new closeup of the details!
And, we got a sneak peek of the custom character-inspired canoe paddles in a previous video as well.
But now, we’ve got a better look at just who else will be featured on the paddles as well — it’s Minnie!
There will also be Mickey, Donald, and Goofy paddles.
Disney is including a ton of Chip ‘n’ Dale references in the cabins just like the old ones used to feature, and we got a closer look at some of those details, too!

Disney World Annual Passholders can start booking rental reservations on March 20th by calling (407) 934-7639. And, ALL Disney World visitors can make reservations online on March 21st, 2024. You can also call (407) 934-7639 to book a cabin.
On March 12th, new Disney Vacation Club Members whose home resort is The Cabins can begin booking online. As of Tuesday, April 23rd, all DVC members will be able to book stays.
