Nobody Is Talking About This Bathroom in Disney World…But They Should Be

If there’s one thing we’re passionate about…it’s Disney World bathrooms!

Fantasyland Railroad Restrooms

That may seem weird, but trust us — when you spend as much time as we do in the parks, you figure out pretty quickly that not all restrooms are created equal. We’ve got our favorites and we’ve got a list of spots we stay away from, but there’s one bathroom in Disney World that nobody seems to be talking about!

One of the coolest bathrooms in Disney World is actually hidden away INSIDE an attraction. Yep, that’s right, we’re talking about the facilities located in Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana at EPCOT.

Journey of Water

This new attraction comes with a bathroom stop about halfway through — you’ll simply need to look out for the restroom sign with a small offshoot pathway. Go through the gate and keep walking until you get to the building.

The building is home to single-stall facilities, including an emergency phone and AED nearby.

But it’s what’s INSIDE the bathroom that really matters! It’s decorated with a stunning blue tile pattern that definitely evokes a water-like style. How pretty!

The bathrooms have a urinal and a toilet and are handicap-accessible.

Inside you’ll also find a sink area, a mirror, and a sharps container. We found everything to be pretty clean during our visit.

And if you’ve got a little one, it’s equipped with a changing table! They really thought of everything in here.

So if you’re visiting Journey of Water and you don’t want to hike over to the SeaBase to go to the bathroom…don’t worry! We’re big fans of this addition, and it makes things easier for families with small children who need restrooms close at hand.

There you have it — one of the best bathrooms in Disney World. We’ll keep you in the loop with more tips and advice for the parks!
