We recommend always looking for hotel deals before you book your stay, bringing some snacks from home into the park with you so you’re not always buying something from the store, and never buying bottled water in the park (grab free cups from quick-service locations instead). However, if you do have to buy bottled water or soda in the parks, there’s a way you can save money while doing it.
Many merchandise locations will have refrigerators with bottled drinks inside them, which can be super tempting if you’re thirsty. If you’re really wanting bottled water or soda, we suggest buying them at these merchandise locations rather than stands around the parks.
Why is this? Well, if you’re a DVC (Disney Vacation Club) Member or are an Annual Passholder, you can save money at these locations on ANY merchandise you buy (unless otherwise stated), which includes bottled drinks!
However, many of these discounts are NOT available at stands throughout the parks, which is why you should specifically head to a merchandise location. For Passholders, make sure your pass is linked to your My Disney Experience account, as you may be asked to show your Passholder ID on your phone. Need to see where your discounts apply? Check the pages below!
So if you’re a DVC Member or Annual Passholder, be sure to take advantage of these deals so you can save money. It may not seem like a lot off of each drink, but every cent counts!
If you’re looking for a travel agent to help with your vacation, we recommend our friends at Mouse Fan Travel. They’re experts in the field with over 20 years of vacation planning experience, and they can help take a bunch of the stress out of the entire booking process for you!
