EPCOT is known for its amazing food, but things are about to get even BETTER!

You can grab a snack from one of the seasonal festival booths. You could opt for a quick service meal at Connections Eatery (or any of the other delicious fast food spots) or you could have a nice sit-down meal at one of the MANY restaurants throughout World Showcase. But soon there will be a new restaurant opening in EPCOT and we have the menu for it!
Earlier in May of 2023, we reported that EPCOT would be opening a new restaurant in the Japan Pavillion. Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya will be opening this summer, on August 30th. This is a table service restaurant that will have a little bit of everything — a unique menu with some changing items, a view of the firework, and even a cultural representative from Japan guiding you through the experience.

We had seen a sneak peek of the menu in May but now we have the FULL DETAILS AND PRICING!

First up, there will be a wide variety of Nigiri options! Check them out!

If you’re more of a Sashimi kind of person, you can check out the options here. You can also opt for one of the sushi combinations, which are also shown below.

There are also a few starters that you can grab for the table.

There will be some Donburi options, as well as Roll and Temaki options.

Moving right along, there will be a few different Chef Specials. Some of these prices are quite high (like that Fune for 4-6 at $300), but you can certainly opt for other, cheaper options here.

You can also check out the options From the Grill as well as some Rice and Noodle dishes.

There are also a few Izakaya Classics available, like Fish Tempura and Vegetable Tempura.

For the little ones, there is a kids’ menu available. And, of course, you can’t forget about dessert!

There are also non-alcoholic drinks and beer…

…sake and sochu…

…specialty cocktails, chu-hai, craft spirits…

…and wine.

One takeaway that we noticed was that the menu here satisfies multiple palettes and budgets. There are grilled items as well as rice and noodle options — but there are still plenty of raw items to choose from as well. You’ll see some items with a pretty high price point for those wanting to indulge a bit more, but you’ll also see some items that are reasonably priced and quite affordable for many budgets.

We’ll continue to keep you updated with more Disney news as we have it, so make sure to follow along for more!
