Connections Café and Eatery in EPCOT

Connections Café and Eatery is a quick service restaurant in World Celebration at EPCOT. It consists of two areas: the eatery, which is an indoor quick service restaurant, and the café, a covered, outdoor Starbucks location.

Connections is expected to open in Spring 2022, so details about the actual date should be coming very soon. Here is concept art of what the inside of the Eatery is going to look like.

The fast casual restaurant has show kitchens, so guests can see the chefs preparing their fresh meals. The menu includes items like a French Bistro Burger with caramelized onions, bacon, and brie, and a Southwestern Burger featuring a roasted chipotle-corn salsa and guacamole spread. There is also a Vietnamese-inspired Banh Mi Burger and Greek-inspired Mediterranean Burger.

There are also salads for guests dining light. The Niçoise-style Salad is packed with potatoes, white and green beans, and olives drizzled with Dijon vinaigrette. The General Tso Chicken Salad features ingredients like broccoli slaw, red bell pepper, mandarin oranges, and crispy wontons.

Pizza is also on the menu at Connections including a Pepperoni Pizza, Meatball Pizza, and a Curry Spice Pizza topped with carrots, potato, peas, and lime “yogurt” which puts a new plant-based twist on the classic pizza.

The kids menu contains items like the Grilled Chicken Bao and classics like the Chicken Nuggets Basket or Cheeseburger.

Dessert is a star here with the Liege Waffle, made with brioche yeast dough stuffed with pearl sugar and finished with some tasty toppings. If a shake makes you quake, try the Mango-Coconut Milk Shake topped off with a pomegranate molasses drizzle or the Apple Pie Gelato Shake.

There are also both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The Watermelon-Mint Agua Fresca is alcohol-free, but there are multiple wines and draft beers available, along with the Cucumber and Thai Basil Cooler, a specialty cocktail.
