It’s the season of refurbishments!
Not only are tons of Disneyland attractions closed for refurbishment this month, but there are a few Disney World spots that are closed as well. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was one of these as it went down for refurbishment on January 9th, but it has already reopened!
This was one of the shorter refurbishments scheduled to happen this month, and it looks like guests are excited to see it back open!
The line extended outside of the ride’s queue and the area was full of guests eager to experience the wildest ride in the wilderness.

When we passed by, the wait time was at 50 minutes, but we’ve seen it as high as 70 minutes when we checked the My Disney Experience app earlier today!
