There’s a lot going on at Disney World — the resort is always expanding, improving, and refurbishing something.

EPCOT has seen a LOT of construction, the parks are getting a lot of updates for the 50th anniversary, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort is currently under construction while it gets a revamp and updated Incredibles-themed rooms.
But more construction is on the way — two pools at Disney World resorts will be under refurbishment in 2023. The Meadow Swimmin’ Pool at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort will also be closed for refurbishment that year — from January 9th through April 3rd, 2023. However, guests staying there will still have access to the water play area, Meadow Snack Bar, and the Wilderness Swimmin’ Pool.

The Feature Pool at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is set to close on January 9th and will remain closed through April 3rd, 2023. However, guests will still be able to use the water play area and Bay Look Pool at the resort.

So keep those dates in mind if you’re planning a trip to those Disney World resorts in 2023. And if we learn about any other refurbishments, we’ll be sure to let you know.
