In case you haven’t already heard, Disney World is going through quite the transformation.

Not only is EPCOT undergoing its largest renovation since the park opened, but the Polynesian Village Resort is getting an update too. And over at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, guests will soon be able to take it the sights, sounds, and smells of a brand new lobby, dining options, and more! The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers is one of the new restaurants coming to Disney’s BoardWalk, and we just got an update on exactly where it will be located!
Last week, we saw that the ESPN Club sign with the logo and dumbbells had been removed from the exterior of the now-closed restaurant. Many Disney guests wondered if this meant the spot would be the location of the new Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers.

According to an Instagram post from The Cake Bake Shop, it looks like those guests might be right! The post shows Gwendolyn Rogers — the owner and founder of The Cake Bake Shop — posed next to a “coming soon” sign directly in front of the old ESPN Club.

Want to learn more about The Cake Bake Shop? Here’s a look at what the menu might be like based on the other locations. Plus, the new BoardWalk Deli is opening SOON and we’ve already taken our first look at the menu — check it out here.
